Jennifer Kelly

Jennifer Kelly is Vice President of Finance at Forge Biologics, where she has served and was instrumental in creating the accounting and financial modeling of the company’s operations since its early years as a startup, through its growth in raising $330M, and its $620M acquisition in 2023. She brings over 20 years of experience with increasing oversight and breadth in finance and accounting to the role. Ms. Kelly came to Forge from Shiseido, where she was Senior Manager and Director of Finance & Inventory Control.  Previously, she progressed through roles of increasing responsibility in finance at Cardinal Health after kicking off her career at Deloitte & Touche. Ms. Kelly holds a B.S. in Accounting from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
