Liza Lewis

Liza Lewis serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Forge Biologics, where she oversees Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and all core HR practices. With over a decade of experience in progressive HR leadership roles, she brings a strong track record of building people-first programs in high-growth environments. Prior to joining Forge, she served as the Head of HR at Olive, where she helped scale the company from 80 to over 800 employees and led the transition to a fully distributed workforce. Liza holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Human Resources from Franklin University, and currently serves on the board of Ohio Life Sciences, supporting the advancement of the state’s bioscience community
